I’m always looking to enhance our classroom space and provide a variety of seating choices. Please consider donating the following furniture items if you are ever redecorating/downsizing your house:

  • Pillows (preferably pillows with washable cases) or pillows from patio sets (easy to clean)
  • Small bookshelf
  • Small coffee table
  • Small benches for sitting on
  • Exercise balls for sitting on
  • High Stools for sitting on
  • Poof chairs or beanbag chairs (with washable cases)
  • Wooden crates (to make bookshelves out of)
  • Lamps
  • Clipboards
  • Clean carpets/rugs

  • Popular Series: Percy Jackson, Skeleton Creek, Screech Owls, Diary of A Wimpy Kid, I Survived, Land of Stories, Popularity Papers, Monster High
  • Graphic Novels (anything by Raina Telgemeier)
  • Picture Books: anything by Chris VanAllsburg, Jan Brett,  Peter Reynolds, wordless picture books, anything that promotes stories that encourage deep thinking, strong themes, social justice, growth mindset, or kindness
